Sue is a seasoned counselor with client service in her DNA. She treats each client’s business and reputation as if it were her own, enabling her to build deep and trusted relationships that span decades.
Before co-founding Tier One, Sue spent more than 11 years at The Weber Group and then at Weber Shandwick, where she worked on a number of leading technology accounts including Lotus/IBM and Verizon Wireless. While there, she also helped lead the internal and external communications efforts for the agency as it navigated a period of rapid and extraordinary growth.
Sue brings a creative mindset to each project, continually pushing her client’s programs to be smarter and more successful. Her teams feel the love as well: She infuses genuine kindness into each interaction and encourages ideas and contributions from every corner of the agency. Sue continues to make an impact outside of Tier One through her work withNEIGHBOR BRIGADE, a Massachusetts-based nonprofit that organizes networks of volunteers to help neighbors in crisis.
Sue has a bachelor’s degree in English from Yale University.
