We Are One: Guiding Tier One Into the Next 20 Years

Since our founding in 2003, Tier One Partners has evolved from a team of public relations industry veterans dedicated to providing clients hands-on, senior-level counsel to a full-service PR, content, and digital marketing agency working with technology innovators across the globe.
Our purposeful transformation inspired us to spend the past year gathering client feedback, deliberating around design tables, and crafting a new identity for Tier One that reflects our evolution and showcases who we are and how we work.
Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Tier One’s new brand identity and platform!
We Are One
We started this journey with in-depth conversations with our clients to get a sense of what our brand means to them — and we discovered something unexpected. In the 19 years since Tier One Partners was founded, our clients changed our name. Or the meaning of it, at least.
At the start, “partners” described our people: Senior-level practitioners putting their hard-won wisdom to work for clients. But over the years, our clients experienced the way we embedded ourselves in their brands. They felt how deeply we cared about their success. To them, partners came to mean commitment, trust, and loyalty. That sentiment is now front and center in our rebrand: sharing one vision, one purpose, and one goal with our clients.
We Are Bold
We updated our logo, color palette, typeface, and imagery to reflect the values most important to our agency. Our new logo unites a bespoke font and a punctuation mark, the period emphatically emphasizing our commitment to our partners.
We chose colors that represent our passion, creativity, and energy, introducing a new palette featuring a sophisticated deep purple and a vibrant, cheery yellow. Our typeface is modern and bold, symbolizing our future-forward focus. And our new imagery highlights our partner-first ethos: people are at the heart of everything we do.
Our brand platform is one of a kind and represents our agency’s culture. We are fun, full of action, and we celebrate diversity, connection, and community. Together, the updated color palette, new typeface, and people-first imagery create a unified look and feel that embodies the power of partnership.
We Are Ready
The last 20 years have built Tier One Partners into the agency it is today: a true partner to each one of our clients’ businesses. Now, with a fresh brand identity and clear vision for the future, we’re excited to see what the next 20 years will bring.

What motivates me? Challenging the status quo. I love stepping back and analyzing a PR program to determine if there’s a better way to move our clients closer to their goals. I'm constantly scouting out innovative new approaches, tools and technology – anything that holds the potential to really deliver. And, when I discover one with merit, there's nothing more rewarding than getting up to speed, putting it into action and generating big results – that, to me, is hitting it out of the park!
