15th Anniversary February Feature: Celena Fine

Tier One Employee Features - T2FF2FLi

Tier One is thrilled, humbled and grateful to be heading into our 15th year as a full-service PR, social and content agency. We see this moment-in-time as an opportunity to celebrate and recognize our fantastic team members and honoring them by supporting causes dear to them. On the 15th of each month (Feb.’18 - Dec.‘18) we will spotlight a team member and hope to raise a little extra awareness and support for their cause. Here’s to the next 15! #TOP15

Celena Fine

Senior Account Associate

Tier One loves Celena because...
Since she joined our ranks in mid-2016, Celena has stepped up our broadcast and visual storytelling smarts tenfold. Not to mention that she serves as our very own pop culture savant. It must have something to do with all those years in TV news.

You may not know this about Celena but…
She is a voracious reader and lover of political philosophy.

Celena hails from...
Southern New Hampshire and Central Mass and is the eldest child in a close-knit family of 5.

An early lesson that's stuck with her is…
The importance of working as hard as you can on those things within your control and not stressing about the things that aren’t.

For 8 years, Celena has supported...
Theo & Paul Epstein's Foundation To Be Named Later (FTBNL) through the annual Hot Stove Cool Music concert, which brings together a mix of music and baseball all-stars to support underserved youth and families in Boston and Chicago through a number of partnerships and the Peter Gammons College Scholarship.

The winter concert was held Saturday, February 3rd at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston, MA. It featured a performance by MSNBC's Joe Scarborough, a lineup of talented musicians, and a long list of Red Sox and Cubs players and executives. All proceeds were donated to FTBNL. There is another Hot Stove Cool Music concert coming up in Chicago this June.

Tier One supported the cause by...
Offering tickets and awareness for the event; one co-worker was inspired to buy tickets to the Business of Baseball Champions luncheon that took place prior to the concert in support of the same cause.
