"Laureen is a true talent in our industry with the right combination of high value skills," said Kathy Wilson, managing partner at Tier One Partners.

"Our clients are already benefiting from her ability to build strong relationships with key audiences through programs that offer the right mix of social and traditional elements, as well as her ability to demonstrate the ROI delivered by PR efforts. We're thrilled to welcome her to our team."

Prior to joining the agency, Sanderson spent more than 10 years at Greenough Communications, most recently serving as Executive Vice President. While at Greenough, Sanderson spearheaded agency strategy, business development and social and traditional program implementation for many accounts including Wells Fargo, Shure, Inc., and Raymarine.

"I'm a big believer in Tier One's all senior model and excited to play a role in helping continue to build the agency, expand its services and capabilities, and attract clients who value the benefits of experienced professionals helping to shape and execute their communications strategies," said Sanderson.

Sanderson earned a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Syracuse University's SI Newhouse School.
